Csabahus

The Csabahús brand originates in the Hungarian city of Békéscsaba, where the traditional Csabai sausage has been made for centuries. The Csabahús plant is a centre for tradition and expertise.

The sausages are made from high grade sow meat and belly bacon, and smoked on beechwood coals, a process that takes 2-6 weeks (depending on the sausage) - and provides the unmistakable taste and aroma of a Csabai sausage.
